Abstract
This study uses a cognitive method to analyse a judgement support system and assessment strategy for the aftereffects of a catastrophic facility. Utilising an artificial network for multi-decision analysis decodes the cruciality of examining numerous elements from an engineering standpoint and other contributing factors, such as lead time for replacement, logistics, and strategies, among others. Grounded theory (GT), Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping (FCM), and Grey Relation Analysis (GRA) methods are established and weighed. Eventually, this study provides strategies for embodiment and asset integrity decision-making by duty holders in recognizing complications and applying a ground plan of multi-criteria examination framework for the assessment aspect of execution.
